Ingredients:
- Onion - 2
- Milk Mushroom - 100g
- Tomato - 2
- Oil - Required
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Mint - required
- Coriander - required
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Broken peanuts - 2 tsp
- Coconut - required
- Cashew Nuts - required
- Curry leaves - few
- Green Chilies - 2
- Water - required
- Salt to taste
To Roast and Grind:
- Broken Peanut
- Coconut
- Cashew Nuts
- Green Chilies
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, salt and saute until golden.
- Once the onions are golden add the masalas - Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder and curry leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients well after 1 minute add chopped tomato , little bit of water and cook until everything turns soft ( 5 - 6 minutes).
- Once oil starts to separate, add the cleaned and sliced milk mushrooms and mix it well with the masala mixture and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Then add grinded paste with required water and cook until the mushrooms are fully done. Finally garnish with mint and coriander leaves
