Crab Lollipop

Ingredients:

  • Crab leg
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Cumin pepper powder
  • Bread crumbs
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Rice flour
  • Corn flour

Instructions:

  1. Take crab flesh,2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,2 tablespoon cumin pepper powder, 1½ tablespoon rice flour, 1 tablespoon cornflour,1 tablespoon Chilli powder, required salt
  2. Grind it well
  3. Take 2 eggs add salt and mix it well
  4. Take crab leg as stick, make a round of mixed masala on top of stick
  5. Dip into egg mixture and next dip into bread crumbs
  6. After few mins deep fry it in a medium flame
