Ingredients:
- Crab leg
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cumin pepper powder
- Bread crumbs
- Chilli powder
- Salt
- Egg
- Rice flour
- Corn flour
Instructions:
- Take crab flesh,2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,2 tablespoon cumin pepper powder, 1½ tablespoon rice flour, 1 tablespoon cornflour,1 tablespoon Chilli powder, required salt
- Grind it well
- Take 2 eggs add salt and mix it well
- Take crab leg as stick, make a round of mixed masala on top of stick
- Dip into egg mixture and next dip into bread crumbs
- After few mins deep fry it in a medium flame
